 Musicians interested in performing at the 2007 Downtown Oakville Jazz Festival are asked to submit the following:
  • Demo CD
  • Photos
  • Information about the band/artists
  • Any press clippings
  • Staging and equipment requirement summary
  • Contact info


The selection process will begin in the spring. Submissions should be sent to the following address before March 31, 2007:

Please note: Submission packages cannot be returned. No telephone calls please. We thank all applicants, however only those musicians selected for consideration will be contacted. Should you not be selected, it is no reflection on your ability. We receive well over 200 submissions a year and we choose acts based on a number of criteria.
